Communication within the group

We’ll communicate through this blog.  Calvin, Alan and David (CAD) are in charge of the web site and the automatic email ie when someone writes a post, the post is automatically sent to the Rockers.  Information about what we are doing, where we are going for that week will be posted on the blog and will be sent to individuals.  The CAD are responsible for that, yes or no?  Or it is my imagination?

Projector

Helen volunteered to take care of the projector.  She’ll bring it to Rock on Wednesday and Church on Sunday. The worship leader needs to arrange for a laptop if he/she decide to use the projector

Dinner

We are keeping the potluck dinner style and post what you are going to cook on the blog so that we don’t get exceedingly amount of food or not enough food (by God’s grace we always have more than enough).  We start dinner at 6.30pm, if you are late or still cooking in the kitchen, the rest would just start eating.  We’ll start setting up chairs and projector at 7.15pm, whoever hasn’t finished dinner can go to the kitchen.  Worship starts at 7.30pm, bible study 8pm, sharing and prayer at 9.30pm, hopefully we can go home at 10pm.

Budding of the group

Is not happening right now but would like everyone to prepare that we may grow into two groups when the new academic year starts (September/October).  Please think/pray about it whether you are willing to leave the big group and mix with new comers or whether we will have the two groups ready.

 Finally

If you have another issue to raise or if you are not happy with this arrangement or if you have other suggestions or if I typed some of the stuff wrongly (sorry!!), please raise it up.  We don’t want to upset anyone and are in unity with Christ.  He is our boss and this is His ministry!!  The English ministry is lack of prayers and do come to our weekly prayer meeting in church centre on Monday, if weekly is too much for you, you can come monthly.
